

Bradie Ewing RB Camp
The Bradie Ewing Running Back Camp is a 3-day intensive training experience designed for 4th–8th graders looking to elevate their game at the running back position. Led by former NFL fullback Bradie Ewing, this camp will focus on position-specific drills, footwork, vision, and football IQ to help athletes become more dynamic playmakers. 4th-6th grade athletes will learn basic fundamentals, while middle school athletes will be separated for more advanced instruction. This camp is the perfect opportunity to refine technique, improve agility, and gain an edge on the field. Camp Dates: July 28–30 from 5:30-7:00 PM at Richland Center High School. $25 per athlete (special scholarships available for families facing financial hardship).

The Bradie Ewing Running Back Camp is a three-day skills camp focused on developing the core fundamentals of the running back position. Athletes will work on footwork, vision, ball security, agility, and overall football IQ to enhance their effectiveness on the field. Through hands-on instruction from former NFL fullback Bradie Ewing, participants will refine key techniques essential to excelling at the position.
The camp will cover:

Footwork & Agility – Ladder drills, cone drills, and jump cuts to improve balance, quickness, and lateral movement.

Ball Security – Proper hand placement, five points of pressure, and drills to prevent fumbles.

Vision & Reaction – Reading blocks, identifying running lanes, and decision-making in traffic.

Explosiveness & Acceleration – First-step burst drills, resistance sprints, and power cuts to improve speed and acceleration.

Change of Direction – Jump cuts, spin moves, and one-step cuts to evade defenders.

Pad Level & Contact Balance – Running with a low center of gravity, absorbing contact, and maintaining momentum.

Pass Protection – Recognizing blitzes, proper blocking stance, and hand placement to protect the quarterback.

Route Running & Hands – Running precise routes, catching passes out of the backfield, and making adjustments on the fly.

Finishing Runs – Lowering the shoulder, stiff arms, and fighting for extra yardage.
